MINDTRX Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made through the MINDTRX websites ("Website") and governs the terms under which refunds may be issued. By subscribing to MINDTRX, you agree to be bound by this Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Refunds for Website Subscriptions
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
If you subscribe to MINDTRX via our Website, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription within thirty (30) days of the original subscription start date. Refund requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
1.2 Procedure for Refunds:
To request a refund, you must email our support team at CustomerService@MINDTRX.com within thirty (30) days of the original subscription start date. Please include your full name and the email address you used to purchase your subscription.
1.3 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions via the Mobile App:
You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through the MINDTRX mobile app. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open the MINDTRX app on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Menu and select Subscription.
- Click on Manage My Subscription and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Please note that cancellations will be effective at the end of your subscription term. Canceling your subscription will stop future renewals, but it does not refund previous payments or prorate any remaining days of your subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Any refund requests should still be made in accordance with the terms outlined in section 1.2.
1.4 Processing of Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after your request has been approved. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. MINDTRX is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
2. Refunds for Subscriptions Purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2.1 Apple App Store Purchases:
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple’s Refund Policy. For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly.
2.2 Google Play Store Purchases:
Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are governed by Google Play's Refund Policy. For refunds, please contact Google Play Support directly.
3. Post 30-Day Refunds and Subscription Renewals
3.1 No Refunds After 30 Days:
No refunds will be issued for any subscriptions that are not canceled within thirty (30) days after the original subscription start date.
3.2 Auto-Renewal and Non-Refundable Charges:
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless canceled. Once a subscription has renewed, the charge is non-refundable, and the subscription will continue until the end of the current term.
4. Chargebacks
4.1 Chargeback Policy:
In the event of a chargeback, MINDTRX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account until the chargeback is resolved. Repeated chargebacks may result in the permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining subscription time.
4.2 Dispute Resolution Prior to Chargeback:
We encourage all subscribers to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback to resolve any billing issues. Failure to do so may result in the inability to recover funds and the loss of access to MINDTRX services.
5. Modifications to This Policy
MINDTRX reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on our Website, and your continued use of MINDTRX services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MINDTRX operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
