Dr. Alex Loyd

Dr. Alex Loyd, PhD, ND, is the creator of The Healing Codes, an energy-based stress-release process he says can neutralize the underlying stress patterns responsible for most physical, emotional, relational, and performance problems.
He first developed the method in 2001 while searching for a way to help his wife, Hope, out of long-term, treatment-resistant clinical depression; he describes receiving the full “blueprint” for the technique in a moment of urgent prayer during a flight home. Loyd is the bestselling author (often published as Alex Loyd or Alexander Loyd) of The Healing Code: 6 Minutes to Heal the Source of Your Health, Success, or Relationship Issue, co-authored with Ben Johnson, M.D., as well as titles including The Love Code and Beyond Willpower.
His work introduces tools like the Heart Issues Finder, which he calls the only assessment that pinpoints the core “source issues” driving a person’s stress response.
He frequently cites research claiming that unmanaged internal stress accounts for roughly 90–95% of illness and disease, and that The Healing Codes have been tested in 30+ independent double-blind, randomized controlled studies, all reportedly showing significant benefits in areas such as anxiety, blood pressure, blood sugar regulation, and relationship stress.
