How do I get started, which Paraliminal should I choose?

Follow your intuition. Choose Paraliminal titles that attract you. It is a good idea to begin with four or five of them, because it makes it easier to see results right away. As you experience results, expand your listening to additional Paraliminals and build your familiarity with all the titles in this remarkable self-improvement Library—you never know which one will come in handy.

When is the best time to use Paraliminals?

Do not listen to Paraliminals while driving or operating machinery. Otherwise, Paraliminals can be used any time of the day or night. You do not have to listen to Paraliminal sessions repeatedly. Each includes suggestions for best results. Some may require multiple listenings over a week or two, and others will require just one listening.

Why do I need headphones?

Paraliminals deliver a unique, multilevel communication for each hemisphere of the brain. When listening with headphones, you’ll hear a variety of messages coming into each ear. As you listen, choose which message to attend to, or float down the middle between the voices. Will I benefit if I fall asleep or am interrupted?

Can children use Paraliminals?

Paraliminal learning sessions are designed for people ages 13 and above but can be used at any age. Follow these guidelines for younger children:

    While we generally recommend listening to Paraliminal sessions with stereo headphones, children may prefer listening through speakers. Headphones with cords on them are a safety concern for younger children, especially in bed.

Can I use Paraliminals if I have hearing problems?

Listeners who have problems with hearing can still receive benefit from Paraliminal learning sessions, even if you have hearing in only one ear.

    On the player page for an individual Paraliminal, you will find an icon to tap, which will play the sleep track in a loop.

    On the Home page you can use one of our premade SLEEPTRX playlists.

    On the Lists page you can create customized SLEEPTRX playlists.

Waking while using a SLEEPTRX is an indication that your mind had completed the process, so turn off the player at that time.

Troubleshooting

Can I use my computer or laptop for the MINDTRX App?

Unfortunately the app is not available for computers. It works only on mobile phones and tablets.


The Magic Link is not working

You will receive an email with your Magic Link. You must open the email on your phone/tablet and then click the link. It will not work from a computer or another device where the app is not installed. Clicking the link will automatically log you into the app with your Free or Premium access.

If this does not work, please try deleting the app, redownloading it, then going through the steps again.

How do I download the app?

MINDTRX is currently available on Apple and Android smartphones. To download the app, search for MINDTRX in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Refresh the screen when something isn’t displaying as you expect

Touch and hold the top of the screen on either the Home, Library, Calendar, or Lists pages and then move your finger down the screen (still touching the screen). You’ll see the screen move down a bit and a spinner will appear at the top. That indicates a refresh! Once you see the spinner you can let go of the screen.

Alternatively, try closing the app by by swiping it up and off the screen and then re-open the app.

I have an older device, am I able to use MINDTRX?

Yes. Older devices are able to use MINDTRX as long as it has the following operating systems:

  • Apple iOS 13 and above
  • Android 10 and above

I am unable to log in to my account

Please verify that you have not already registered an account with your email address. If the problem persists, please contact us with the email address you're attempting to register with and our customer support team will get back to you.

How do I update my account details?

How do I cancel my account?

If you purchased your subscription from our website:

    Log in to your account from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app) at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/3cs7wq8kic7H9tm5kk.

    Click “Cancel plan” button.

If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:

    Open the Settings app

    Tap on your name

    Tap "Subscriptions"

    Select the MINDTRX subscription

    Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:

    Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) next to "Google Play"

I don't want to receive any notifications from the app

To disable notifications from the MINDTRX app, you need to edit your phone's notification settings.

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you purchased your subscription through the website, MINDTRX.com, you receive a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. You must cancel your subscription and contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the original subscription purchase date for a full refund of the subscription fee paid. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

Generally, all charges for subscriptions purchased through the Apple and Google app stores are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods of the subscription. It is up to the discretion of the processor (Google Play or Apple) to successfully process the refund request.

If you’d like a refund for a subscription, please be sure to cancel your subscription prior to your refund request. After canceling your subscription, you will be able to use the MINDTRX app for the remaining days that you have already paid for. When your subscription expires, it will not be auto-renewed. You can re-subscribe at any time.

Canceling your subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be prorated based on the cancellation date. Deleting the app and/or your account does NOT cancel your subscription.

How are Subscriptions billed?
