I don’t say to myself “I’m full, I need to stop eating,” I just naturally stop eating when I’m full.

I have been listening to Ideal Weight for a few weeks. I really enjoy session A because it really is more general and just helps me get into a state of effortless ‘you can do it’ peace with myself. Then session B allows me to focus on a particular situation. What I’ve noticed is that when eating, I literally fill up faster or at least when I fill up, I quit eating. The great thing is that I don’t think about it. I don’t say to myself, ‘I’m full, I need to stop eating’  I just naturally stop eating when I’m full. It feels good because it really is effortless, and I’ve lost 8 pounds so far. I’m losing about 1-2 pounds a week. Woo Hoo!–
