“I’ve always struggled with self-loathing and self-doubt in my life. I thought that was just the way it would always be. When I would encounter a time of overwhelm, I’d frequently beat myself up because I couldn’t seem to get unstuck from where my mind and heart were. I heard about Paraliminals from a friend who said they really helped him in many areas of life. I looked through the list and Self-Love jumped out at me, so I thought to give it a try. After work every day, I’d relax and listen to it. From the very first session I felt more rested and relaxed and at ease with myself and my situation! Now some days I don’t feel the need for it, but as soon as the old feelings and patterns of overwhelm or self-loathing start to show up, I know I have a resource to turn to which will help me quickly get back on track with my mindset and emotions.
