😎 I have dropped 10 pounds without making any other changes

I had a bad food habit. I could not manage my drive time unless I stopped at the Eckerd’s by the office and bought a bag of M&Ms with peanuts. Every day. And once or twice a week I’d also stop at the Dairy Queen for some ice cream as well. It made the rush hour traffic bearable. I listened to Ideal Weight twice and suddenly a week later, I realized that it hadn’t even occurred to me to stop for the snacks. That was a month ago. I haven’t had any desire for either snack since, and without making any other significant changes, I have dropped 10 pounds. It just seems that I’ve been making better eating choices since I listened.
