Ideal Weight helped me to limit comfort eating. I listened on alternate evenings for 8 days and could feel them working after about 4/5 days. Now I’m planning to listen to them once a week to keep me on track. I appreciate how you have developed them and that you don’t speak about specific foods or mention the word diet.
