I did not have to decide, I just automatically chose the better options

I have used the Ideal Weight Paraliminal. Beyond the benefit of just feeling relaxed and wonderful after listening, I found myself making choices about foods that I would have never made before listening to the Paraliminal. I didn’t even realize I was making a better choice, it was without effort. I would notice later the decisions I had made, and I was surprised.
