I wanted to change my diet habits. I don’t overeat at meals and generally eat healthy, but most of the calories I ate came after dinner. After just one or two sessions of listening to the Ideal Weight Paraliminal, I simply lost the craving to “munch” after dinner. No struggle, no thinking about it – I just had no desire to snack!
