I’ve been listening to the Paraliminals mostly at night in bed. Whenever I listen to one Paraliminal at night I create a playlist with some sleep learning tracks. I have had success in waking up early in the mornings with the New Behavior Generator, but for other issues I think first I have to examine every aspect of it, like what’s the problem, what do I want?, what’s limiting me? Sometimes I’ve listened to Belief but then have not experienced much changes, or maybe I have not noticed them. With the Personal Genius, when I use it before studying I feel much more focused and empowered, like I believe in myself and I can totally study that much, I’m totally capable.
