I have been struggling with biting my nails my whole life. I’ve wanted to stop this habit before but never managed to do it. It was always a struggle and I gave up. I listened to Break the Habit yesterday for the first time. I resonated with creating something new vs. fighting the old. Nail biting always gave me anxiety so I saw myself relaxed and calm. I have reached for my nails a couple times today, but I quickly notice, and just let go. I’m excited to continue using this Paraliminal to break the habit for good.
